I’m a “multiple” direct lineal descendant of Gustavus Brown and both his wives: through Frances Fowke Brown’s daughter, Frances and her daughters, Frances Moncure and Ann Moncure; and Margaret Black Boyd Brown’s daughter, Margaret Brown Stone. Gustavus was both my 6x and 7x great-grandfather. Frances Fowke was my 7x great-grandmother and Margaret Black was my 6x great-grandmother. I’ve just discovered this ancestral home exists!
